The TX-1000 revolutionises user interface with a text labelled touch screen. The touch screen displays exactly the buttons you need, no more no less, for the easiest possible user interface regardless of what they are operating. Large vivid text labels on the touch screen are custom labelled with up to six characters. The hard buttons placed around the screen offer the most common functions labelled in English, without symbols and easy to remember. The TX-1000 which is equipped with a bright, multi coloured backlighting ensures that the touch screen can be used in the total darkness of a home theatre with one touch to the LIGHT button.

Like all complete control remotes, the TX-1000, in combination with a complete control RF base station, can control your system without being in line-of-sight of the equipment. Either the MRF-350 / MRF-300 or the MRF-250 RF base station is compatible with the TX-1000. The TX-1000 offers complete RF addressability, enabling it to control up to 90 identical components or up to 15 equipment locations throughout a house. It can also be configured to use line of sight via conventional IR operation.
